When an activation link has expired, you will need to request a new link using the Reset Password button.
- Open the welcome email and click on the expired activation link.
- Click on the IB Concierge logo on the top left corner of the page.
- At the login prompt, click on the [Reset Password] button.
- At the next page enter the email address associated with your IB Concierge account.
- Set a new password using the activation link from the email.
